الملخص

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز إدارة سمعة المؤسسات التعليمية عبر العلاقات العامة الرقمية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي المسحي بوصفه الأنسب للكشف عن اتجاهات وآراء المبحوثين، وقد لجأ الباحث إلى أداة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات، وقدة تكونت العينة من (90) فرداً من العاملين في مجال الإنتاج الإعلامي الرقمي داخل الجامعات، إضافة إلى مسؤولي الصفحات الرسمية لتواصل الجامعات المشمولة بالدراسة.

ويمكن اظهار نتائج الدراسة وكما يلي:

  1. يسهم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير استراتيجيات التواصل الرقمي للمؤسسات التعليمية عبر تنظيم المعلومات وتسريع إدارة الرسائل الإعلامية.
  2. يعزز الذكاء الاصطناعي مصداقية المحتوى الإعلامي من خلال تحسين جودة المواد وتصحيح المعلومات وتقليل الأخطاء.
  3. يخفف الذكاء الاصطناعي من ضغط العمل ويسرّع إنتاج المواد الأولية، لكنه يبقى أداة داعمة ولا يغني عن الإبداع البشري.
  4. تواجه المؤسسات التعليمية تحديات تتعلق بضعف البنية التحتية الرقمية، وقلة الكوادر المتخصصة، وارتفاع التكاليف.
  5. أظهر البحث أن وعي مسؤولي العلاقات العامة بالذكاء الاصطناعي ما يزال متوسطًا، مع نقص في التدريب المتخصص، رغم أن العينة تمثل شريحة مهنية مناسبة تعزز موثوقية النتائج
