الملخص

This research aims to analyze the methods employed by Israel within the framework of soft power during its coverage of the war on Gaza, and to explore the extent of the impact of these methods on shaping Arab public opinion. The research problem lies in identifying and analyzing the soft power methods used by Israel in its coverage of the war on Gaza. To measure the impact of these methods on Arab public opinion, and in order to achieve the research objective, the survey method was adopted, as it is the most suitable for interpreting the soft power methods used by Israel during the war on Gaza. The research reached several conclusions, including There is a statistically significant inverse effect of Israel’s use of soft power methods on the occurrence of a negative Arab public opinion stance towards the Palestinian issue. It was found that the greater the level of Israel’s use of soft power methods, the lower the level of the occurrence of a negative Arab public opinion stance towards the Palestinian issue. Therefore, we recommend the need to work on countering Israel’s flooding of social media platforms with propaganda content by directing global public opinion to the falsehood of Israeli propaganda content.
