This research aims to identify the linguistic and terminological meaning of intertextuality, and to study the poem of the Jordanian poet Habib Al-Zeyoudi, “This is My Country,” through the types of
intertextualities present in it. The researcher found that the poet has high ability and culture; He was able to employ religious, historical, and literary legacies in his poem, making it more cohesive, strong, and beautiful, which is consistent with the general idea of intertextuality. By making the literary text like a mosaic painting, which becomes more beautiful through its use of various types of heritage.
